While I haven't managed to convert the masses to the wonders of blue drinks, I am occasionally indulged. My awesome upstairs neighbor showed up for cookies last week with a shaker full of her own creation that I got to name.
For cocktail drinkers, I present:
The Blue Imp
3 oz. blue curacao
4 oz. light rum
3 oz. lime juice
1.5 oz. sugar syrup
1.5 oz triple sec
some soda water for fizziness
(She refused to have her name included, else it would be The Graceful Blue Imp)
