I am dubious about the use of marches in affecting court decisions (read: It is legal precedence, marches ought not have any bearing despite the awful passage of the victim's rights bill), but will be showing up at tonight's civiv center march. Solidarity in the "we still need to work on this" grief phase is important. Also, I will be verbally smacking anyone who tries to blame the passage on anyone other than the Yes campaign or No on 8's not doing enough outreach. (IE, blaming it on Obama or the Latino or African communities is asshattery.)

My phone is currently out of service, so if you there and want to meet up, it will have to be done loud Marco/Polo style.
