For those who might be worried about xthread given his recent change in employment status:

Picture a distressed man updating his resume, frenetically calling contacts, and suffering sleepless nights.

That is not Richard. This morning (for values of morning that don't necessarily include AM) he has been sighted sprawled on the couch, cat to one side, simultaneously playing WOW and reading a comic book.
