I am fulfilling my filial duties but visiting my parents today. This hasn't been so bad of late, and today I am trying to be productive and use it as job searching time while my mom putters on her computer....

...except she seems to have chosen today to discover facebook.

I am twitching as she talks to herself delightedly about all the people all of the people she is finding (yes, she gave her email password so that facebook could crawl her addessbook <facepalm>).

My sister-in-law's whole family came up (she is kinda obsessed with them) as well as a bunch of my brother's high-school and college friends...

...for all the times I rue the disconnect between my mom and I, at this moment I am being deeply appreciative.
